The suckling pig roast made from pigs selected Italians, and bone by skilled hands in our laboratory, seasoned with only natural aroma, cooked in the oven.

INGREDIENTS:

whole boned pork

Sale, natural flavourings and spices: pepper, garlic, rosemary.

Average Weight: 30 - 45 kg

Suckling pig roast


Our roast porks are made exclusively of bacon and loin. The size ranges from 10 to 13 kg.

They are spiced with only natural flavours, cooking is done in our furnaces without treatment industry.

Vacuum Porchetta sliced by hand


This pack in sachets of 200 grams or so, allowing you to keep the fragrance and flavor of good roast Tuscan craftsmanship.

Our pork is packed at the end of cooling after it has been cooked. To have our other vacuum-packed in Italy and abroad, please send your request The packages will be sent with couriers chilled by law.
